Bread, Butter & Beyond

Starting on this journey was with a lot of love, energy & gratitude. The pandemic had reached it’s peak making us all stay & work from home. Some liked it & some didn’t.

Millions had lost their jobs. Some Netflix & chilled. Few appreciated life. Some found themselves in the darkest of their spaces. It was certainly a catastrophe of the 21st century.

Just Breathe

This was my time that lead to my self discovery. I called this moment pneuma. The breath of life.

Life had come pouring down to show we as humans resonate so much. The highest form of conscious beings. It was a celebration of life & it was the path of self discovery . We all hardly seek for internal awareness, But go for external validation. The daily discipline, Body mind and soul. All these were within us and yet many pass life without discovering the true greatness.

It was almost an year of transcendence practice. It started with 2 mins of stillness and awarness of breathe everyday. Slowly moved on to 5, 10, 20 & now reaching 45 mins of stillness and emptying the mind.

It was transformational to even think just stillness and centering of mind, body & soul was just beyond. The more we know the more we don’t know. Yes you heard that right. There is world of discovery within each element, The more we discover the smaller we get in this universe.

It was not all sun shine & rainbows. The discovery was just the beginning and certainly felt like the start of a warm up . This resonance from me had influenced my personal choices, professional habits , Hobbies, Friend circles & even what was called life.

This gave a question of why, what & how? All to the core question of me (you) That we are in control to create the present & future.

Discover & love yourself, And it is never late to start.
